Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed upon payment of 10% advance of the total tariff.
• If the date of arrival is within 2 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book and check in.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10 AM.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
• A child under 10 years stays free on an existing bed, with complimentary breakfast.
• An extra bed is charged at ₹500 per night.
• An additional adult is charged at ₹1,000 per night with breakfast, or ₹750 per night without breakfast.

3. Payments & Pricing

All tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments can be made online through our booking engine or at the property via accepted payment modes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for bookings already confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival are refunded minus a ₹100 processing fee; cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are charged one night's tariff plus taxes; no-shows are charged in full; and early departures are charged 50% of the remaining booked tariff.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff.
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms; designated areas may be available on request.
• Visitors are required to register at the front desk and are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval.
• Any damage to property or fittings will be charged to the guest.
• Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for conduct that disturbs other guests or violates property rules.

6. Liability

Guest House Suites is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the premises. Guests are advised to use available in-room safety measures and to report any valuables to the front desk where safekeeping facilities exist.

7. Website Usage

Use of our website and booking engine is subject to applicable laws. Content on the website, including images and descriptions, is for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the current terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
